Supply and Deliver of Frozen and Chilled Meat, Poultry, Bacon, Ham & Smallgoods to HMA Ships and Defence Establishments in the Sydney Metropolitan Region.

You are invited to submit a Tender to supply and deliver Frozen and Chilled Meat, Poultry, Bacon, Ham & Smallgoods to HMA Ships and Defence Establishments in the Sydney Metropolitan Region as required by operational requirements under a Standing Offer arrangement.

Due to operational requirements the Contractor may be required to undertake supply and delivery of Frozen and Chilled Meat, Poultry, Bacon, Ham & Smallgoods outside normal business hours being 1700 – 0859hrs (5:00pm – 08:59am) and/or on weekends and public holidays.

The Contractor is expected to be responsive in its approach to the delivery of operational support and in some cases the notification periods associated with operational requirements will be short.

Therefore the Contractor must meet all orders and delivery requirements, including those outside normal business hours, on weekends, public holidays and at short notice. The Contractor will be remunerated accordingly.

All Frozen and Chilled Meat, Poultry, Bacon, Ham & Smallgoods shall conform to the Australian Defence Force Food Specification and Australian New Food Standards Code. Frozen and Chilled Meat, Poultry, Bacon, Ham & Smallgoods shall comply with any Commonwealth, State, Territory or Local Acts, regulations and such other statutory requirements that may be in effect at the time of request.
