Supply of multi-commodity materials

Dear Sir / Madam

TAFE SA (Public Authority) invites you to submit a quote (Your Quote) for the provision of different types of multi-commodity materials to TAFE SA.

Multi-commodity materials are identified as in general suppliers who supply multi commodity group such as hardware and building materials. All materials and consumables used in the normal day to day education.

To assist you in the preparation of Your Quote, please find as part of this invitation, a Request for Quote including a Response Form and proposed Contract.

Your Quote must be submitted using the Response Form, attaching the completed Appendix 2- Pricing Schedule and Appendix 3- Industry Participation Statement of Intent , by the Closing Date specified and must remain valid and open for acceptance for the Quote Validity Period specified.

Your Quote will be evaluated against the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Request for Quote.

If Your Quote is accepted, Supply will be in accordance with the proposed Contract.
