SERVICE PROVIDERS PERIOD CONTRACTS - CONVEYANCING, VALUATION, PROPERTY ACQUISITION - SPOT PURCHASES AND PROPERTY ACQUISITION - NEW BUILD

The South Australian Community Housing Authority (SACHA) administers the South Australian Co-operative and Community Housing Act, 1991 and the regulatory arrangements for both community housing associations and housing co-operatives. SAHCA forms the vehicle for the community housing sector and Government to share the responsibility for the management of community housing. A range of consultants and industry specialists are engaged by SACHA for the provision of services to assist SACHA and the community housing sector in delivery of its business activities. It is SACHA##s intention to enter into period contracts for the disciplines noted and as such is calling for tenders for the provision of these services.
