MITCHAM GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL – STAGE 2 – ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCE CENTRE

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3. Work consists of a new two storey administration and resource centre of 900m2 on concrete floor slabs with steel framed brick veneer construction and steel roof decking. Work also includes refurbishment and modification to existing areas totalling 45m2 with associated services to both refurbished areas and new construction. External work includes landscaping, fencing, the demolition of one transportable classroom and the relocation of another. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
