Description
The Meander Dam is currently under construction in accordance with a permit issued by the Assessment Committee for Dam Construction (ACDC) in accordance with Section 157 of the Water Management Act 1999. The RWSC requires some expert engineering advice in order to meet these permit conditions and sundry other statutory requirement. The RWSC would intend to operate the Meander Dam and mini hydro scheme in accordance with ‘best contemporary engineering practice’ and will look to the successful tenderer as the source of expert advice to achieve this objective.
