The Department of Justice operates 17 prisons and a juvenile detention centre, including the Karnet Prison Farm.
The Karnet Prison Farm plays a vital role in the Prison system, providing work for minimum security Prisoners, whilst also producing food for consumption within Western Australia Correctional facilities. Karnet Prison Farm requires the on-going supply and delivery of Pork cuts which will be further processed by the Abattoir on site.
