Description
The Mental Health Commission requires a replacement Service Information Management System which delivers patient and clinic management capability for the Next Step service. Next Step is the main public sector alcohol and other drug clinical service provider in Western Australia. The System will manage patients’ day to day clinical activities and provide workflow management and the ability to report on service performance. The system components include:
- Patient management;
- In patient bed management;
- Scheduling;
- Rostering;
- Workflow management; and
- Reporting.
