ADDENDUM 4 - Clarification of Level 1 inspection and testing for allotment fill, Clarification of stormwater tree pit outlet locations and Clarification of grated inlet in stormwater tree pit outlet detail shown in drawing 21-2739-C18.
Installation of new and upgrading of existing services and road infrastructure and the construction and landscaping of a public reserve that includes stormwater detention capacity.
