21C321 Lead Principal’s Professional Services Contractor (Design) for the Heysen Tunnels Refit and Safety Upgrade

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (“the Department”) invites organisations with the appropriate capability, experience, and prequalification with the Department’s Professional and Technical Services Panel (Contract No. 17C811) (“Tenderers”) to submit Tenders for the Lead Principal’s Professional Services Contractor (LPPSC) for the Heysen Tunnels Refit and Safety Upgrade Project. The Principal is seeking to procure the LPPSC to develop the current reference design through to final design (IFC) The LPPSC will be engaged by the Principal with the option for the LPPSC contract to be novated to the Managing Contractor. The LPPSC will lead and manage the detailed design development for the Heysen Tunnels Refit and Safety upgrade and be responsible for engaging and managing the other design related services..

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS
Companies must be prequalified with the Department's Professional and Technical Services Prequalification (Contract No. 17C811) - "Transport Planning and Design".
