Tenders are invited from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the role of HEAD CONTRACTOR for the Design and Construction of the MILITARY LAW CENTRE & ASIA PACIFIC CENTRE FOR MILITARY LAW at Victoria Barracks, Sydney NSW.

In general, the project will involve:

a. Design and Construction of a new facility of approximately 1100sqm over an existing stormwater detention basin;

b.Associated Services and Infrastructure; and

c.Procurement of FF&E and Joinery.

The project's timeframe is anticipated to be:

a.Award Contract and Commence Design – May 2010

b.Commence Construction – July 2010

c.Finalise Design – September 2010Construction Completion July 2011
