REQUIREMENT
Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital is seeking the supply, delivery and Installation of a wheel chair and appliance washer.
*Note*: There are size restrictions, due to the physical location of the proposed equipment and the Customer will also consider this in its value for money assessment.
BACKGROUND
The demand for cleaning patient used equipment has increased significantly over the years and also the requirement to maintain an infectious free environment has gained momentum and is now considered critical in a Hospital environment. The acquisition of a wheel chair and appliance washer is beneficial as it will provide savings in terms of labour costs as well as ensuring that items are consistently cleaned quickly, safely and to a good hygiene standard.
