Description
TasTAFE seeks to establish a contract for the second stage of the Alanvale Redevelopment which is for Creative Industries, Amenities Refurbishment and Car Parking. This involves the refurbishment of part of ‘A Block – level 2’ to provide new training facilities for Creative Industries, refurbished amenities in C & D Blocks for students and staff, and additional car parking facilities for the Alanvale Campus. Architectural design work has been completed and provided as part of this RFT.
The RFT is a revised and reduced scope to the previously released TasTAFE RFT 16 that was not awarded.
