Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme: It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005, at the time of the Tender closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out
