RFT 2425 - Railway Culvert Replacement Project - Kerang, Tongala & Congupna

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is seeking an experienced civil contractor to undertake the Railway Culvert Replacement Project located at Kerang, Tongala & Congupna .

Scope of Work

Project documentation including GMW induction, site establishment and management plans.

• Coordination required by V/Line for works next to and under railway line including Track Force Protection

• Locating of services and traffic management.

• Following GMW’s Energy Isolation Procedure for in-channel works.

• Site dewatering, where required.

• Removal of trees (for ST004051 only).

• Pipe jacking installation of reinforced concrete pipe (the RC jacking/casing pipes are supplied by the Principal).

• Installation of HDPE carrier pipe, including provision of pipe spacers, inside the concrete casing pipe (the HDPE pipes are supplied by the Principal).

• Installation of reinforced concrete headwalls (the headwalls are supplied by the Principal).

• General earthworks, backfill and rock beaching placement.

• Fencing.

• Quality assurance documentation.

• Site clean-up and disestablishment.
