The objective of this RFP is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to:
(a)Design an approach to data collection and assurance
(b)Develop a tool (database) that will manage agency data returns and enable interrogation, analysis and reporting.
(c)Undertake data collection and assurance
(d)Assist in the education and advocacy programme for agencies to ensure clarity, efficiency and effectiveness of the data collection and assurance process.
(e) Undertake data aggregation and analysis.Locations
