Panel Contract for the Appointment of Team Leaders and Independent Evaluators of the Disability Services Commissions Quality Management Framework

The Quality Management Framework impacts on the program areas of Accommodation Support, Advocacy, Alternatives to Employment, Community Support, Disability Professional Services, Local Area Coordination and Recreation.
The Quality Management Framework places a strong emphasis on the progressive achievement of ‘aspirational’ outcomes by consumers as a result of using the services and support provided by 115 Service Providers currently funded and provided by the Commission.
The Commission requires a Panel Contract of Team Leaders and Independent Evaluators to regularly evaluate the progressive achievement of program outcomes and associated performance indicators and compliance with the Disability Services Standards by funded and provided services as part of the Quality Management Framework.
Teams Leaders and Independent Evaluators are required to review each assigned Service Point for service quality in accordance with set guidelines; provide an objective assessment of each Service Point’s performance towards achieving the program outcomes; report on their compliance with the Disability Services Standards and identify continuous service quality improvements.
