Provision of ICT Infrastructure Services

The Department of Housing is planning to review its strategic requirements in terms of the delivery of ICT Infrastructure Services and is seeking the alignment of the service delivery with its current and planned strategic direction.
Through this procurement process the Department of Housing (“the Customer”) seeks the provision of ICT Infrastructure Services. The detailed planning undertaken by the Customer has identified that its Service Delivery requirements can be “packaged” into four key separable components. Respondents will be invited to submit an Offer for one or more of the following Service Packages.
(a) Service Package 1 – Help Desk and Desktop Services; and ITIL Implementation
(b) Service Package 2 – Server and Storage Management Services
(c) Service Package 3 – Operations Support and Security Management Services
(d) Service Package 4 – Core Network Services including Telephony
Respondents may submit an Offer for each Service Package that they wish to bid for.
