B. PRE-INSPECTION ASSEMBLY POINT:
All attendees should assemble prior to the allocated tour commencement time, at a point adjacent to the school main entrance, but outside the school boundary.
C. - GENERAL PROCESS:
The inspection tours will generally be for the purpose of Tenderers' famliarisation with the exisiting built / operational environment associated with the works. The tours will also be for Tenderers to indicate site conditions / features which they notice and wish to direct attention to for reference in specific formal Tender Enquiries.
By the very nature of this sort of inspection it will not be possible to record every aspect of every discussion, and so this will not be attempted. Verbal discussions at this forum cannot be referred to later, as being contractually binding rules confirmed in writing as part of the formal Tender Enquiries process.
Accordingly Tender Enquiries will not themselves be answered / responded to verbally at the inspection. Tenderers must keep their own notes / photographic records of such aspects of the site, enquiries about which must then be subsequently submitted in writing to the Superintendents Representative (as specifically set out in the Preliminaries Section) for formal consideration and written reply / Addendum issue in the usual way.
The Superintendents Representative's minute notes will comprise a list of representative attendees.
