Lift Upgrade Project

Central Institute of Technology, Building1 25 Aberdeen St / Building6 19 Aberdeen St, Northbridge.
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Central Institute of Technology is seeking tenders from lift companies with recent experience in lift upgrade projects to undertake the replacement / refurbishment of lifts in accordance with the specification provided at two of Central Institute of Technology CBD sites.
Tenderers will need to register their attendance at the mandatory site meeting with Eric Reedman on 9427 1217 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 1200hrs Friday 19 April 2013.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 0830hrs Monday 22 April 2013 at Central Institute of Technology, Building6 19 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge.

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 1400hrs Wednesday 15 May 2013.
