As per scope of works for removal of the house, metal shed, wing fence, trees as marked with yellow and neutralise soil contamination in yard. Management Plan must include details of asbestos removal including dumping fee invoices and health and safety issues for the whole site. All Soil remediation and neutralisation must be accompanied by independent testing results showing contaminate levels below acceptable standards. Testing must be completed and finalised prior to clean fill being distributed. All works must be carried out by accredited sampling and, testing and reporting organisations.
