The primary deliverable for the Fixed Line Telecommunications is the supply of carriage services for the transmission of voice services between defined points over the public carrier network;
Telecommunication Services Tenderers MUST supply at a minimum the following services:
ISDN services
PSTN services
SIP services
Line Rental
Local calls
National long distance calls
Fixed line calls to mobile services
International calls (IDD)
Operated assistance
Information calls
Directory assistance
Emergency 000
Inbound 13 services
Inbound 1800 services
