DVA is currently spending over $3.3 billion per annum for hospital, medical and allied health services for veterans and other entitled persons. The single largest area of health costs for DVA is hospital expenditure, currently $1.6 billion per annum.DVA also purchases medical and allied health services across a range of programs for veterans and other entitled persons at a combined cost of over $1.7 billion.
DVA is seeking a specialist clinical coding and billing audit service provider to assist in:
(i) improving outcomes through its hospital, medical and allied health arrangements; and
(ii) driving better service effectiveness across these arrangements.
