Provision of Real Estate Marketing Agent Services for the Sale of Commonwealth Property at Inverbrackie, Woodside, SA

The Defence property at Inverbrackie (adjacent to Woodside Barracks) is surplus to Defence’s requirements and is to be offered for sale on the open market. The property comprises land and assets including a number of buildings/improvements previously used for Defence housing and recently housing by Department of Immigration. It is expected that the property will be offered for sale immediately.

Real estate marketing agents are invited to tender in relation to the proposed sale of the property, noting the aim is to achieve fair market value for the property as soon as possible. The marketing strategy for sale of the land and assets must enable Defence to negotiate with the successful bidder.

Defence proposes to enter into a contract with the successful tenderer based on an industry standard precedent document to be provided by the successful tenderer that is widely used and recognised as industry standard in South Australia, with amendments to the terms and conditions as required by Defence.
