Health ICT Delivery Analysis

The Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of services to undertake an analysis of further strategies to strengthen program delivery of transformational digital health solutions. The analysis should provide: An analysis of other Australian jurisdictions and international examples (for the implementation of system-wide digital initiatives and evaluation of the effectiveness of these approaches) to identify best practice and/or critical success factors - this could include case studies of select jurisdictions;An analysis of Department of Health?s current approach to the delivery of system-wide digital initiatives;A comparison of the above;An options analysis and recommendations of further strategies to strengthen delivery of transformational digital health solutions (informed by the items above); and,A high-level scope and sequencing of the implementation of the recommended option(s).
