Pine Rivers SHS - Pool Grandstand Rectification (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Pool Grandstand at
Pine Rivers SHS, located at 535 Gympie Road, Strathpine QLD 4500, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.

Refurbishment to the existing tiered grandstand including roof purlins, posts, handrails and new and repair concrete works. The
position of the building is at the front of the school with site access from Gympie Road. All works are to be completed by January
2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
 Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required
to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
