Wodonga - Middle Creek & Baranduda SPS Upgrades

North East Water (NEW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Principal Contractor under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract for the upgrade Middle Creek Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) and Baranduda SPS.
The two SPS's are located at different sites within Wodonga, and each site upgrade will be split into separable portions in the contact. Middle Creek SPS is located north of Baranduda Boulevard, and Baranduda SPS is located within the Baranduda WWTP which is north-east of Whytes Road. The works will include upgrade of pumps and switchboards at both of the sites and other minor upgrades to the Baranduda WWTP.
The contractor will be responsible for all associated works, including but not limited to the following:
• Upgrade to SPS Pumps (both sites).
• Upgrade to switchboards (both sites).
• New electrical mains, conduits and pits from existing transformer (both sites).
• New transfer pump, pipework and fitting between Lagoon 3 to Lagoon 2 (Baranduda WWTP).
• Modification to Baranduda SPS rising main, including new pits to house flow meter and actuated values (Baranduda WWTP).
• New gravity flowmeter at inlet to Baranduda WWTP (Baranduda WWTP).
Level sensors and upgrade to existing weir at Baranduda WWTP (Baranduda WWTP).
