Ipswich East SS - Rectification Works (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the various Rectification Works at Ipswich East SS, located at Jacaranda St, East Ipswich QLD 4305, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.

The scope includes rectification works to the door, door frames and flooring to the Amenities Block, rectification to the timber treads and landings of the Block C Fire Stairs, removal and replacement of the Block D Fire Stairs and rectification works to the guttering and stormwater system to Block D. Works are to commence in the December 2024 holidays and are to be completed by February 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million
