Expressions of Interest are called for the lease or outright purchase of the Whyalla Health & Leisure Centre, Racecourse Road, Whyalla Norrie.
The Whyalla Health and Leisure Centre was upgraded in 1997.It is currently leased by CASA Pty Ltd.Their lease commenced in April 2000 and expires on .
The scope of the contract involves the management and operation by the Manager of all the facilities. The facility is located in Portion of Allotment 100 in DP 50834, City of Whyalla.
There is also provision for outright purchase of the Centre, on the proviso that it continue to be used as a recreation centre for the Whyalla public.
