Description
The SA Water Corporation is seeking expressions of interest to provide a site to consolidate operations in a landmard and 5 star green star and energy rated office complex.
The site is required to be in an inner metropolitan suburb within a 5 kilometre radius of the GPO or within the non-prime Adelaide CBD, provide a minimum area of 2,500m2 and capacity to accommodate a building complex with a total gross area of about 18,000m2 and a large floor plate of up to 4,000m2.
