Description
The Departmentof Justice seeks tenders from companies for the provision of both Software Support Services and Software Development and Modification Services for the Fines and Infringement Notices Database (FIND) application and its associated data. FIND is a bespoke software system designed to support the business processes of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service (MPES) and to provide services to the Department of Police and Emergency Management (DPEM) for the issuance and management of Speed Camera Infringement Notices (SCINs) and Traffic Infringement Notices (TINs) as well as the support of other processes within that Agency. FIND was implemented in 2007. This tender is for Development, Modification and Support of the software for a period of three years.
