The Department sought professional services to conduct a medical asset management maturity assessment and develop a framework that centralises the governance of assets and enables the standardisation of asset management practices across the State.
The specification has been split into three phases:
Phase 1 Undertake a Medical Equipment Asset Management Maturity
Assessment against the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) 2020 Asset Management Maturity Index
Phase 2 Development of a Medical Equipment Asset Management Framework
Phase 3 Development of Asset and Risk Management Plans for each portfolio
