Review of the economic, social and health supports available to people at key points of distress to inform future cross-agency action. This includes an initial focus on people who are: a. experiencing a relationship breakdown Review and report on service models developed by other jurisdictions designing and trialling early distress responses Work with lived experience and cross-agency stakeholders to design a model for trial in the Tasmanian context, considering opportunities to reach people outside the health system The Department of Health (Department) seeks to engage a Supplier to: b. recently unemployed c. accessing the workers compensation system d. experiencing housing stress or not living in stable and secure housing Review and report on service models developed by other jurisdictions designing and trialling early distress responses Work with lived experience and cross-agency stakeholders to design a model for trial in the Tasmanian context, considering opportunities to reach people outside the health system
