Provision of Pest Control Services on the Urban Rail Network and Public Transport Centre

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive service which includes Pest Control at various locations within PTA stations, depots and buildings within the Perth Metropolitan area.

These services are required to ensure the PTA maintains a pest free environment for customers and staff.

The scope of the services to be provided includes the following but not limited to:
a) Routine Maintenance – Scheduled Pest Inspections;
b) Unscheduled Pest Control – unscheduled Pests and Pest Control Treatments; and
c) Reporting.

The provision of routine maintenance covers the performance of planned maintenance activities, such as annual pest inspections and pest control treatments to specified areas, the provision of written service reports on findings, and rectification of pest activity and remedial actions across the premises including internal and external areas.
