The Department for Child Protection and Family Support (the Department) is seeking to engage a supplier to deliver a Leadership Assessment and Development Audit of its Tier 1 to Tier 3 senior managers and approximately sixty three (63) individuals, to provide a clear understanding of performance capabilities, challenges, and core drivers, and facilitate self-awareness of areas for individual and team improvement. With this targeted intelligence on the current leaders’ profiles, the Department can create focused development initiatives and make more confident organisational decisions.
