Request for Proposal for Rights to Operate Regulated Regular Public Transport Air Services to Albany / Esperance / Carnarvon / Monkey Mia

This Request for Proposal seeks Proposals for the provision of direct or indirect RPT air services between Perth and at least one of the following Destinations:

1. Albany;
2. Esperance; and
3. both Carnarvon and Monkey Mia (Shark Bay) as part of one route i.e. Perth-Monkey Mia-Carnarvon-Perth or similar.

Conforming Proposals must demonstrate that the Proponent will:

1. use an aircraft capable of carrying 30 passengers or more; and
2. provide the Services without a State Government subsidy.

The Proponent may submit Alternative Proposals (marked clearly as Alternative Proposals) only if they have submitted a Conforming Proposal.
