Description
This Contract is for the provision of Direct Debit services (the Services) to support students who wish to enter into a payment plan with the North Metropolitan TAFE to pay their enrolment fees.
The Services need to include the option to pay fees via direct debit from either a bank account or debit / credit card, provide a customer-focused service to students, including the follow up of students who default on payments, provide on-line platform that allows North Metropolitan TAFE staff to input student payment plans and access reports to track payment plan progress and upload of payments.
