Cerberus Health Centre Refurbishment, VIC

This project involves building works including modification of decommissioned X-ray suite to accommodate three new consulting rooms and associated waiting area, refurbishment of ablutions, kitchenettes, internal and external patch and repainting, replacement of skylight, roof and gutter, ceilings and floor coverings, upgrade of general and emergency lighting, removal of all oxygen supply pipework and associated equipment and external works such as car park resurfacing, line markings, installation of traffic speed limitation devices and remediation of footpaths, kerbs and access ramps.
