Description
This project involves refurbishment of buildings including internal and external works associated with architectural, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and structural upgrades and replacement of a demountable amenities that includes male and female facilities. Scope includes painting, roofing works, floor finishes, replacement of fitments, rust removal, evaporative cooling, exhaust fan, dehumidification unit and lighting replacement, electrical and hydraulic pipe modifications, foundation works and design works.
