Description

IP Australia wishes to select a prime contractor that can provide the best value for money in regard to the establishment of a suitable Customer Data Management solution incorporating the following components and services:

(a)Customer Data Architecture and Management, incorporating: a Master Data Management Customer Data Integration (CDI) Hub, support for associated data model and customer data management capabilities including all authoring, browsing, searching and administrative functions

(b)Data Integration and Synchronisation capability for initial and incremental loads, and support for data synchronisation between customer master data and legacy applications

(c)Data Quality Management, including: data profiling, address validation, business entity validation, email address validation, data suppression and data validation and parsing

(d)Customer Hub Interface Services, including the ability to accept data input and construct output, matching and linking ofcustomers, and support for synchronisation and transformation

(e)Skilled, professional services and methodology for product delivery, installation and integration.

(f)IP Australia staff training (technical administration and end-user)

Additional (ad-hoc) services as required for support and development activities
