Description
Offers are invited for Standing Offer Arrangment for Antiseptics.
The proposed Standing Offer Arrangement will be for a period of twenty-four (24) months with the option to Queensland Health, at its sole discretion, to extend for a further two (2) periods each of up to twelve (12) months.
Offered products and Arrangment particulars should be entered on the spreadsheets at Attachment A & Attachment B.
