Description
The Australian Tax Office (ATO) is seeking to procure and implement a solution to facilitate more efficient and effective data access and visualisation.
The Australian Business Register (ABR)/ATO will enable partner agencies to securely access and use ABR data through an online reporting tool (ABR Search).The online tool is to provide agencies the ability to search, query, visualise and download data from the full ABR dataset.
ABR Search is to provide a statistical reporting application via externally hosted infrastructure and software as a Service.Implementation of this approach would mean the ABR information is copied onto an external computer system, and from there made available to authorised government agencies though a web-based tool.
