The scope of works involves various works to various buildings in Area G Lavarack Barracks being repair and make good internal painted surfaces throughout, removal, replacement or cleaning existing security screens where corroded by electrolysis,refurbishment (deep maintenance) of roller doors (manual), replacement of 1 roller door to one building, installation of roof access safety system and refurbishment of some roof elements (but not replacement of whole roof areas).
