The Tax Office wants to contract an historian to research and write an official history of the Tax Office as part of our centenary celebrations in 2010 The objectives are:
to record and commemorate the work of the Tax Office in shaping Australia’s social, economic and political fabric from 1910 to 2010,
to commemorate the Tax Office’s challenges, achievements and developments, and
to recognise the people who have played a key role in the Tax Office’s history.
