Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake pool changeroom upgrade at Kent Street SHS. The Work includes but is not limited to refurbishment of boys’ and girls’ changerooms involving demolition, new toilets, upgrading changeroom benches, accessibility upgrades, new doors, and finishes renewal in compliance with current Australian standards to the Kent street SHS pool changerooms.
