Particulars
For the provision of Support and Maintenance Services for F5 Network Hardware. Procurement of Original Equipment Manufacturer’ (OEM) standard hardware and software maintenance annual agreements through resellers, establishment of agreed discount levels, and standing offer arrangements for future annual renewals. Maintenance agreements will include • Hardware advance replacement services (RMA) • Help Desk, Technical Advice and Assistance with service issues • Software updates and support Contracts will be established for supply of maintenance agreements for the following network hardware OEMs: • F5 Viprion application delivery controllers • F5 cards • BIG-IQ Service • NGINX instances
