Description

Arts Queensland (AQ) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced insurance intermediary organisation with relevant insurance expertise to provide Insurance Brokerage Services on behalf of AQ to best meet the ongoing insurance/risk management needs of the Queensland Government Exhibition Indemnification Scheme (QGEIS) in accordance with the Specifications.

The invitation is for an initial Contract Term of three (3) years with an additional one (1) year option to extend at the Customer’s discretion. The Customer anticipates executing a Contract with the successful Supplier in January 2017, with a view for the deliverables to commence 1 February 2017.

Those organisations with significant experience delivering services in the arts/exhibitions markets are encouraged to tender.

The Corporate Administration Agency (CAA) is managing this tender process on behalf of AQ. All queries are to be referred to the CAA Officer detailed in section 1.15 - Customer Contactof the ITO document. Any queries made directly to AQ will not be responded to and will be redirected to CAA.

There is no industry briefing for this tender, therefore it is recommended that suppliers become familiar with the tender documents and ensure they submit any queries to the Contact Officer within the timelines indicated in section 1.4 Indicative Timetable – Final date for clarification questions of the ITO document.

Response Timeframe: in accordance with the ITO document and as stated in section 4 below - 2.00pm (strictly) Tuesday, 22 November 2016 and requires detailed proposals.

NOTE: As noted in section 1.7 – Documents that make up this ITOSchedule A and B of the ITO and the Contract Details documents are to be completed, signed and returned as part of the offer with any supplier attachments (all other documents are for the supplier’s reference).

Offers must be submitted via the method and format as detailed in section 1.12 – How offers are to be submitted of the ITO document, by the closing time and date specified (strictly). Any late offers will be deemed non-conforming.
