Southport Special School Junior Playground and Landscaping (With Design)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the upgrade to existing Junior Playground at Southport Special School, located at Smith Street Motorway, Southport, QLD 4215.

The works include developing an existing concept plan to create a functional play area with seating, play equipment, Softfall and landscaped areas. The position of the site is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by end of January 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 Million.
