This tender has a minimum PQC level 2 requirement. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

Other PQC Eligibility categories include:

• Procurement system contract category: Traditional (Lump Sum)
• Service category: Refurbishment / renovation / repairs
• Service activity: General Building - Low - conventional design incorporating commonly used trades, generally less than $2000m2 (e.g. a school building)
• Project Type: Authorities - Courthouses
