Redland Bay State School - Stormwater & Overflow Works

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new overland flow and stormwater drainage system at Redland Bay State School , located at Gordon Road, Redland Bay, QLD, 4165, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The works involve tree removal and installation of a new swale drain, retaining walls and landscape works to divert overland flow to an existing in ground drainage system. All works are to be completed by end of July 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M
