Description
Queensland Rail is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to refurbish the existing workshop at the Sunshine Multi Discipline Depot (MDD) with associated site works.
Works include but are not limited to demolition, removal of all existing trees and vegetation, grub up, demolition and removal of existing gravel, concrete blocks, footings, slabs, channels etc, removal of existing services, renovation and extension of existing workshop building (icnluding all associated site works and services), construction of a concrete hardstand (and associated earthworks for vehicle parking) and provision of new platform (and associated works) for Energex equipment.
Tenderers are instructed to follow the Conditions of Tendering and Supplimentary Conditions of Tendering issued by Queenland Rail. Queensland Rail instructions superceded any information contained within the QTender website.
